If you get HBO with your TV package, internet service, or wireless plan, you may have access to HBOMax at no extra cost. To find out if your provider supports HBOMax, go to Connect Your Provider and search for your provider.
Enter your HBOMaxaccount email and password, then choose Sign In. To open the on-screen keyboard, move the selection to Email Address and press the OK button on your remote.
Open the HBOMax app on the iPhone or iPad where you subscribed to HBOMax. If we find an active HBOMax subscription in the Apple App Store, we'll sign you into your HBOMaxaccount. Delete the HBOMax app from your phone or tablet and install it again. Then, open HBOMax and try signing in again.
Sign in to HBOMax by choosing "Sign in with a Provider" on the sign-in screen. Then, choose your provider and enter your provider account credentials. Click here to sign in with your provider. What’s HBOMax?
If you get HBO Max through an internet, mobile, or TV provider, you need to connect your provider account (with yourHBO Max subscription) before signing in to HBO Max the first time.
All Max subscribers have access to HBOMax — we’ve transferred your profiles, watch history, and billing info. Your Max app may have automatically updated to HBOMax already.
