"At no point should any paying customer that ride the red and blue line be greeted with homeless people sleep laying across the seats! No paying customer should be greeted with urine on the floor or blood! Should no paying customer be greeted with people smoking weed or whatever else on these trains let alone selling it. \n\nThe red line train is never really clean. The floor is always sticky and smells bad! Loud music is always being played. What's the point of having K-9 services and they don't do anything. \n\nY'all need to do better! These trains are overly disgusting and there's no sense of security"
