Fill out Auto License Application or Non-Driver ID Application and submit it, with your documents and fees, at one of the counters. Your new license or non-driver ID will be mailed to you.
New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission - Online Services
Once you have completed the process your license renewal is effective immediately. The Motor Vehicle Commission will mail your renewed document (s) to the mailing address we have on file.
